Sorlana is a one-person web design studio in Calgary, Alberta. I started it because too many great local businesses are invisible online, or stuck with a slow, dated site nobody can bear to update. I build sites by hand, keep pricing flat, and stay reachable after launch.

I'm Alex. I hand-write every site myself — no page builders, no plugin subscriptions — which is why a Sorlana build costs what it does and loads the way it does. I take a limited number of projects at a time, so each one gets a real deadline and a straight answer from the person actually building it. When a job genuinely calls for a photographer or a copywriter, I bring one in.

Sorlana is a new studio, and I say so. The portfolio is clearly labeled concept work until real client sites replace it. No fake testimonials, ever.
