Who we are

Sorlana is the trade name of a sole proprietorship operated by Alex in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Contact us via the form at sorlana.ca.

What we collect

Contact / quote-request form: your name, email address, business name (optional), phone number (optional), location, and your message. The form includes a hidden anti-spam (honeypot) field that collects no human-entered data.

Analytics: if analytics are enabled, we collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data (pages visited, approximate region, device type). We do not identify individual visitors, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

Where your information goes

Form submissions are processed by a third-party form-handling service and delivered to us by email; that provider may process data on servers in the United States. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which serves content from a global network.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond. For clients, records are kept for the engagement plus applicable record-keeping periods (Canada federal: generally 6 years for CRA purposes).

Your rights

Canada federal (PIPEDA): if you are in Canada, you may access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw consent. Complaints may be directed to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
